THREE-WEEK COURSE: CULTIVATING AN ELITE ENVIRONMENT

We know the best, most successful organizations have the best culture.

The problem is that leaders are often not intentional about the environment they are cultivating. Your environment is the soil that the seeds of culture are planted in.

Or to put it another way, culture is downstream of your environment! The environment you create will dictate the culture you can build.

Often times the Sole focus is on building culture…

So leaders come up with 3-5 values and drive those into their people…

Then oftentimes, the leader finds that his/her culture is chaotic, dysfunctional, and unhealthy because they first focused on the cultural values and not on their role of cultivating an elite environment.

Values are super important, but not as important as the leader cultivating a healthy environment…one in which the people in their program can thrive and flourish.

This is a workshop not a three-week content dump. Through experiential learning, you will explore your strengths and constraints, examine how you lead yourself and others, and discover how your leadership cultivates an environment where your people can thrive.
