What do you see?
When you lack finances what do you see?
“We don’t have the money.” or “Let’s figure out how to get this done with the money we have.”
When an athlete makes a mistake or misses an assignment, what do you see?
“I told the kid 50 times what to do and he still screws it up!” or “I’ve got to figure out a better way to coach him.”
Do you see what you don’t have? Do you see what she can’t do? Do you see the first hurdle and stop running the race?
One of the key differences between good and great leaders is perspective and mindset. How we see the world greatly impacts how we lead.
