There is great power in asking questions and there is great power unleashed from answering questions.

Have you ever been asked a question and as you answer you had an ah-ha moment?

The ah-ha moment is a moment where you connected several dots, or maybe you figured out something new. Maybe you looked at a topic from a different angle and had a breakthrough.

That is what questions do. It is like stored power when asked and that power gets unleashed when answered.

As a coach/leader, one of the most powerful things you can do is ask questions!
