One way I do this is through our cohorts. Kingdom Coaching Cohorts are an exclusive group of high-level achievers and leaders looking to take their leadership/coaching to the next level.

We offer two types of cohorts:

Auxano Groups (Head Coaches/AD's)
Next-Gen Leadership (Assistant Coaches/Sr. Level AD's)

Leading Self

The hardest person to lead is youself. We start with self-awareness, identifying your strengths, and locating our primary constraint. Then we move to habits that allow you to be healthy, grow, and flourish as a leader, and much more!

Leading Others

Knowing yourself and being healthy puts you on track to lead others at a high level. We will work through winning influence, keys to building trust, communication, delegation, and much more!

Leading Program

Elite leaders are able to bring clarity to their program. We will work through vision and values, building culture, strategies, casting vision, working through the hiring process, and much more!
