My name is Travis Wyckoff.
I coached college baseball for 11 years. Prior to that, I played three years in the Miami Marlins organization. From 1993-1996 I played at Wichita State.
Having played and coached at the highest levels, I currently work with college coaches all over the country, helping elevate their leadership, and in turn, elevating their programs.
During a recent text exchange about leadership development with a high school basketball coach, he said this "I can tell you first hand it's the most ignored thing in coaching. A lot of noise/nonsense and not enough useful training."

Why High School Coaches Boot Camp?
If you don't invest in your career, who will... and now is the best time to do that. Like the Chinese proverb, the best time to invest in your career was 20 years ago, the second-best time is now!
We will work through principles and strategies that will elevate your leadership. The content consists of The Leadership Triad. Leading Self, Leading Others, and Leading Programs.
We are created to learn in community. The Boot Camp will get you around other coaches who want to grow and get better...and in the process, will sharpen each other.
The difference between good and great is often the amount of time and resources you will put into growing yourself!

Once you register, you will be sent all of the course work. You will work through all of the content on your own…before November 21st.
When I say work through… I mean spend time reading, watching, reflecting and answering all the questions.
Content doesn't change us, reflecting on and working through content, then implementing it, that changes us!
The more you put into this the more you will get out of it!
When we gather on the 21st, we will spend the majority of our time discussing The Leadership Triad in small groups.
These groups will give you a chance to learn from other coaches, ask questions, and share what you are doing in your program.
We are created to learn and grow in community and this Boot Camp will give you that opportunity.
