My name is Travis Wyckoff.

Having coached college baseball for 11 years and currently consulting with coaches and their staffs at all NCAA levels, all over the country, I am uniquely equipped to help you grow your leadership. John Maxwell talks about the Law of the Lid which states that your program can't outgrow your leadership. In short... coaches have to keep growing and getting better!

Coaches today have many challenges…

Finding the encouragement, resources, and reminders to help you be a coach who is evolving with the times and having maximum impact on your athletes

Knowing how to connect with and motivate your players and staff and develop winning programs on and off the field

Connecting and breaking through to this new generation of student-athletes

In light of these and other challenges... I want to tell you about my cohorts.

Kingdom Coaching Cohorts are an exclusive group of high-level achievers looking to connect with like-minded coaches and leaders and take their leadership to the next level. These cohorts combine content and community to create a one of a kind experience.

There are two types of cohorts:

Next-Gen Leaders (NGL): This is for assistant coaches who aspire to be their best today and also prepare for a future head coaching job.

Auxano Cohort: This is for head coaches looking to transform and enhance their leadership so they can take their program to the next level.

We focus on the Leadership Triad during the cohorts. The Leadership Triad is leading self, leading others, and leading a program.

NGL Cohort - Starting November 2020!

+ 12 meetings over a four-month period (November - February)

+ Working through the leadership Triad (Leading self, others, program)

+ Max of 12 coaches (Hurry to get on the waiting list!)

+ Learning from leader/coaches of all sports (Not sport specific)

+ Each meeting will be on Zoom and consist of large group time as well as breakout, small groups.

+ Each meeting is approximately 1.5 hours.

Auxano - Our next Auxano will start early 2021

+ 12 meetings over a four-month period

NEW: High School Coaches Bootcamp

High school BootCamps are a three-week immersion into all things leadership. If you are transform your leadership, not just find a silver bullet to leadership, but really looking to grow yourself so you can grow your program, this is for you!
